Whether it’s the South Eastern SA lamb shanks that are braised in our ovens for over 5 hours until the meat is falling off the bone or the freshly made silky smooth potato mash that tops our pies or the southern chicken, leek and corn pie filling – each and every component is worthy of featuring on a bistro menu in its own right. So enjoy Ben’s quality food in a pie, pastie or wrapped in savoury pastry shell. There isn’t anything Ben makes for you to enjoy – that he doesn’t also make for his own family.
